what are coilovers and how are they more beneficial then just shocks & springs?

the main obv reason is ajustable height and dampening

does anyone know if all k12's have the same suspension (i know the 160sr has stiffer springs etc) but like will these coilovers fit any k12?

rik the ones you bought are they for the 160sr/15sr-a or just k12?

they are all the same..i think mine have 1.2 instructions with them
