Coil pack to distributer?

Just a quick question. Is it possible to swap a coil pack engine to a distributer engine? Is it a straight swap?

iirc the coilpacks had a different gearbox, shafts and maybe hubs?
Not sure about coilpack ECU

Right... Just because later on i am thinking of changing the 1.0l to a 1.3.. The easiest option would maybe be 1.4l because of coils?

your 2001 1.0 should be coilpack joel, so you either need a 1.4 engine, or a 1.3 block with your head

Yeahh it is... I think it would be easier with 1.4 engine personally

Yeahh thats true... Would it just be a change of the engine block to a 1.3 distributer... And of course the ecu

you would need to fit your head and flywheel to the 1.3 block joel, and just use your ecu
