Clutch pipe/slave cylinder problem!

Got a k12 with a leaking slave or pipe just wondering if anyone has had the same probem? Just went to bleed it droveok for an hour. Its like the pipe is just pushing itself out. Any help appreciated!

the pipe has a daft pushfit coupling does,nt it dan ?

Yeah its pushed in as far as it allows and the clip seems to hold it.. just wondering if theres supposed to be rubbers/seals on the clutch pipe?
