changing alloy bolt pattern,advice please!

We've just bought an audi s4 avant to replace our audi 80, problem is we've got 12month old alloys on the 80 that we'd like to put on the s4 but the bolt pattern is different, 5 on the s4 and 4 on the 80. Been told that there are adaptor you can buy to change the bolt pattern but not sure how and and where from? any advice welcome!!!

thers a co in the usa that do adapters they will even custom make you it if they dont have it in stock just do a surch on google i cant find the web address at the mo for them

best thing to do would be frolg the alloys, and but a new set for the s4
