Cg13 reboring

I am looking for a CGA3 engine but is proveing difficult so I was wondering could I bore the CG13 to 1348cc as I already have one of these engines ?

the liners are only 2mm thick (i busted a block up with a sledgehammer to find out lol)
and the cga is 1mm overbored and 1mm overstroked

can you change the liners or is that not an option another option I was looking at was a rover 1600 engine with the vvc head to put in the micra ?? its a light engine would just need engine and gearbox mounts fabricated ?

no, they,re cast-in, and if the bores get much closer together you,ll be forever blowing headgaskets
and a K series would,nt be my choice personally fwn
