CG10 Engine and intermittent power failure- really need help...

Hi All,

Does the resoldering apply to a CG10DE engine? I am experiencing an intermittent power failure. I don't know
what is causing this yet. While I was driving, my stereo stopped working. I stopped, turned off the engine, then turned it on again. But it wouldn't work too. This is what I usually do when something like it happens. When my a/c stops, I turn off the engine. Then turn it on again, and my a/c now works. Today, this happened to my stereo. But the engine off/on thing didn't work. So I left it in the basement parking, went to work. After around six hours, I got back, started the engine. It wouldn't start the first time. Then i tried it again and it worked! Then, I tried the stereo, and now it's working! How do I fix this? Please help me. Thanks!

Mate sounds like you've got some serious electrical problems with your car. I think mabye you should have a talk to a qualified Automotive Electrician.

Thanks Yom! I had it checked, and the electrician said that the car is not properly grounded. He fixed everything up, and it's now ok. Seems more stable now.
