evening all, old problem new face. i have tried the normal 6 times and hold and press 3 times on fob but all i have done is blank off both my fobs.lol
brief discription of problem
1.0 2002 k11 5 door se auto
both remotes did unlock the car
both remotes failed to lock the car
checked all fuses and what relays i found seemed good
when i tried to lock the car with fob nothing was heard,it did nothing wse
but for some reason i was able to unlock the car with both fobs if i locked it by key.
i opened up the fobs to find both micro switches for the close feature were damaged. being mentaly challanged i fixed with super glue and electric paint.
put a multi reader across switch and pressed button. current passed through ok so im guessing that the click is a good contact. checked fob battery for current and got back 3.4 volts.
ANY HELP would be well recieved
