center bore too small :(

ive just managed to get my hands on a set of alloys for a mk3 Astra there 4x100 (bonus). But the center bore in 56.6, 2.5mm to small i was wondering if i was to use wheel spacers would that mean i wouldn't need to try enlarge the center bore

any help appreciated

Spacers push the wheels out of the arches, giving you a wider track. If the centre bore is too small you could possibly get it redrilled larger?

spacers will work but you will need around 10mm ones, and ideally you would need new longer studs too. or alternatively get the wheels centre bore machined out, but you will need an engineering shop for this and i would imagine they would want the tyres taking off before they do them.

both ways cost a bit, spacers about £20-25, longer studs £about same, so around £50,
machining £10 per wheel ish id say.

is it really worth it for a set of astra wheels?

im on a mission to make a beautiful car for pennies :) each way is more then id like to pay. but i think ill go down the route of spacers :) thanks for the help guys :)
