they,re too long/dont fit

are the lobes all in different places too?

just crossed me mind so i said il see if anyone on here tried ha

the GA bores go up to 76mm, and the CG bores are 71mm max (so the bore centres/camlobes are further apart)
so the block is physically longer (hence the need for chassis cut or g/box shift on transplants)

so ga16 cams are a swap into the ga14

Yes, but i actually think they are the same specs. Lift and duration.

They are identical. Only difference between 14 and 16 is the bore/stroke.

ive been told a few different things like the ga16 cams are .5mm more lift on inlet and the same on exhaust,,il have to get both and measure

that should give you another 0.25hp eh fwn

Complete waste of time changing 14 cams for the 16 ones. Get the standard cams reground and you'll see good gains. Or buy JWT S1 cams (although I don't think JWT make them anymore)

just have the head off so i wanted to see is there any interchangable cams,will get it ported and look into cams a little bit more

Only straight swap cams i am aware of are the JWT S1 cams and Kent do a set aswell. Or get your standards reground
