How easy is it to install a new set of cams and if so what's everyone had the best results with? Sorry if everyone's sick of this question (Don't hurt me, I'm only littol) I only want to know if it's a straight swap or if the job's going to be complicated. Even a link to anything with information about this would be much appreciated(Y)

1.3 cams will be your cheapest option eh, you could go for reprofiled inlet cam but they need more compression to thrive really
What would be the best way to compliment the new cams? I'm going to do them anyway if I can get my hand on a pair since it can be done with the tools I already have, not that I don't plan on expanding my portfolio.
As with all cars, air intake, exhaust and fuel delivery (Y)
Like Frank says. To see the best gains from updated cams, you would be wise to up the C/R a bit. Different pistons. Or a headskim should do this. Also as karlj says, uprating intake and exhaust would also help the engine breathe and also get you good gains.
