CA13DE into a K10?

Hello everyone, sorry to ask such a stupid noob question, but I'm not getting on very well with the search function.

I'm considering a K11 1.3 swap into a K10 shell.

I have a K11 but its too far ravaged by tin worm to be economical to save.

I like the angles of the K10s and the extra ponies would liven one up a bit. Plus I'm half way there by already owning the donor car!

So My questions is/are:

Is it a straight swap? Same mounts?
Anyone done it?

Many thanks for any pointers or advice. Even if its just to pertinent threads (which I cant find).
