buckled alloy wheel

was driving along a road when a women pulled me over to tell me my wheel was about to fall off... took it to my local tyre place to get the wheel balanced and have found out my wheel is buckled, does anyone know where i can get it straightened and balanced and how much i should be willing to pay. the wheel is a 15" OZ superturismo.

depends how bad it is really, there are companys out there, but dont know of any close to you.

i once had my set of scuffed n dented alloys repaired n powdercoated from The Wheel Specialists for £170. they have several stations round the uk, nearest one is in birmingham

I got a set of standard 160SR alloys refurb'd, 16 inch at £50 a wheel + tax at 20% so was £240 full set and I had a few buckles in my wheels!

I used the same place as Polly and I would recommend them too

had the wheel specialists just give me a call back and have said they dont deal with buckled wheels. they have kindly given me a number to a diffrent company in lichfield birmingham, but havent give me the name of them. will be ringing up sometime today or tomorrow to book it in and see how it goes. alloys are a pain in the rear. Those prices are excellent. Almost worth heading down with 4 axle stands :laugh:. If they did that metallic red in a darkish metallic green I'd be down there after next payday.
