brought my car being a micra, any idea's on things to do to it?

brought my parants old micra off them for my first car
its a 1999 micra 1.0L equation.
its red.
i start driving in march an will be 17 in march so i brought it as a little project.

given it a good polish today just need to get pictures up.

i want to make it look nice but at the same time insurance at my age is really expensive so any ideas of what i can do that doesnt infect the insurance?

i already wanna put on alloys paint the drums and brake calipers.

i want to colour code it inside and out

and i want to paint the rocker cover.


anyone got any more ideas?

cheers man i had a look on blogs hense why i want to do the colour coding, you know any ood blogs that are insperational?

check modded_micra and stani_123 blogs. They always get me outside into the cold to keep my project going lol. Simple things like de badging, colour coding etc will really tidy the car up. Add a super s spoiler and open mouth grille and u'l soon get the micra bug! u wnt be able to stop yourself lol. hope this helps and good look mate
