Boost / Vac pipes locations

Hi i have just put the engine back in the ST and there are a few pipes that i cant figure out where they go i have looked through the vac diagrams and cannot find where they go. They are:

On this diagram they are labelled
11 and 12
14 and 13
GREEN 25 coming from the UFO
BLUE 9 where it joins the metal rail (shown in white) where does the other side of the rail go?
The two pipes coming off the super charger, they join in a Y-piece and then go where?

Any help would be much appreciated!

The engines back in the st? I'll have a look at the this later its too early to look at superdee dooper turbos

11 and 12 go to the resonator box on the intake. 13 connect to the the vac conection on the intercooler pipe just before the intake the connection cant be seen from the top. 14 goes to the vac connection just after the turbo outlet and before the Y piece
