can anyone confirm the colours and functions of my ignition wires? i want to fit a push start engine start button.

its the black/red wire in my haynes, but nissan changed the loom colours so many times that i highly doubt it it applies to a 2000 model fwn

Hi... i found out the colours in the hayes manual.... i have a white and black..... this is the the wire that goes from the battery to ignition.

and i have a black and red... this goes from ignition to starter motor??

I am also going to fit a clifford neon at the same time…. Will it be the same Wiring system as the led’s
On the clifford I was told to wire the red wire to a 12v and the black wire to the ignition switched supply that must show as earth when the key is out?? Will the wire that shows the earth be the wire that goes to the starter motor??
