yeah i went to see the new bond film at the weekend, by far the best part of the film was that advert....

dont know about you but i thought the bond film was crap!

Nah i loved it, you gotta see the last one to get most of it lol

Theres much more action in this one and i think its made the scene for the next one as there is no carry on story just a new plot in the next one :)

I was rather disapointed with this one... No Q or whatever he's now called, or moneypenny... No real bond jokes at all

I like we saw the slightly darker side of bond, but it takes away from Flemming's Bond and goes more to the american superspy genre.

I know the lego advert anyway, just cant find it myself, was rather funny though lol

Haven't seen the new one but if Casino Royale was anything to go by, it won't be that great. Bring back true British Bond! Roger Moore, Connery, fantastic movies

i thought the new bond is supposed to be what flemming tried to portray in his books?:kungfu:

the lego advert seemed a little childish to me lol:blush:

Suposed to be yeah. Flemming's Bond was more intelect and charm based, and was made a force to be reckoned with because of the advanced gadjets he had, and fought villains taking over the world.

In Casino Royale and mainy Quantom of Solace, Bond is more of an action hero, just running in and shooting away, fighting crooks, which is good but isnt what i watch Bond films for.

The fact his Aston Martin lasted all but 30 seconds before he was a door lighter and didnt use any fancy gismo's whatsoever made me question if its ever going to involve a watch with a grappling hook inside again lol.

new batman turns out to be very very good sticking to the original storyline.

Yes but thats becuase it has too...

Bond can make their own stories and movies as it doesnt follow the same princeiples as batman or any marvel comic for that matter

cant wait for sin city 2 :D bit off subject lol

Well, the title is about being at the cinema lately so its kind of on topic lol

Sin city ain't really my forte tbh, but everyones different in their tastes.

And i googled the new Batman and apparently David Goyer (one of the producers) has been talking about the next film already but wont reveal which villain is in it.

Robin won't be appearing until the 4th movie either so there's promise for quite a few to be released in the future...

it is rumoured that johnny depp will play a part as one of the villains in the next batman...we'll see..so Rob you havent even seen the first one out of the new batman franchise yet? you dont know what you're missing mate, the second one the 'dark knight' is already a classic!

Noo i have seen them lol

I meant if Robins coming out in the 4th, they must have plans for Batwoman, which may take a few movies more so there will be plenty of Batman films coming out soon.

And there's rumours Depp will be cast as The Riddler. I like the idea, i think hes more or less perfect. As good a job as Jim Carey did, the character could've gone further.

I want them to put Black Skull in, he seems a logical choice as hes a mob boss anti-batman, fits perfectly with how the movies are layed out, i dont think they'll delve into the surreal villains such as clayface... or at least i hope not.

Bond : I havent seen Solice yet, but Casino was much better than the last few Bond films.

They started to get a bit too sleazy and stuff for me. I mean he's meant to be a government trained agent but there was something a little too much "millionaire playboy" about Bond in the films before Casino.

Batman : Begins and Dark Knight were much better than the last few batman films.

The Keaton ones were good but after that it started to get a little too childish. I mean Batman and Robin... The Batsuit had nipples!

In Begins and Dark Knight, its back to the gritty hand to hand combat you'd expect from an underground crime fighter!

And as for the car, well come on, The Tumbler has got to be the best Batmobile ever, offroad, fast, armed to the teeth.

The originals were all a bit too street car like for me.

Well thats my two cents!

Alan Moore's Batman is the best ever Batman.

And it's FLEMING!!!!

Tim was the best Bond. He was the closest to the Bond of the books, who was dark, broody, and a right nasty character, as you'd have to be, what with him basically being a paid assassin. And his first love having been murdered. And all that.

Can you believe it's 100 years since Fleming was born!?
