very hard to tell from a video, is it originating from the bottom end?

Sounds like the noise is from the head and its hard to tell to be honest, the noise in that video sounds much louder but im not sure if its quite as bad. Supposedly i can find out where its roughly coming from using a timing light.....

Plug off one lead at a time, if the noise stops then its a bearing.
