adjustable camshaft Timing? advice please

Hi all.... I run k11 1.0 turbo 0.5 bar boost .. >>https://www.micra.org.uk/threads/turbo-micra-from-georgia.67526/#post-752065

the problam I have is huge power loss after ~~120 km/h
I think the reason is timing(spark)... everything is assembled as it should but I think timing chain is streched also chain tensioners are worn so timing is retarded...
I think I must advance both IN & EX camshafts tu reduce chain strech.. I read somewhere that 4° advance or retard won't hurt engine so I decided to advance both camshafts 5°and machined sprockets...
Im planning to install machined sprockets so what do you think will this mod give any gain? or is there any chance to damage engine???

it will only move the powerband up or down a bit, you must have some other sort of issue, is the speedo sensor to the ecu disconnected ?

Hi frank... yes speed sensor wire is disconected from ecu.... also I don't use factory o2 sensor it is disconected... I use only WIdeband o2 sensor which is not connected tu ECU maybe this is the reason?
