4-pronged lambda

I've found lots of useful info re: 3-wired lambdas (thanks Frank) but the 4-wire fitted to my Micra is a bit of a mystery - should it still give the same readings ? shall I just keep poking with my mulitmeter  until I get similar results too ?

3 wire lambda's are as follows (the number is no reference to anything, there just a number, you can find the ppecific colours online, but i dont have them to hand)

1 - heater
2 - heater
3 - signal
And iy picks the ground (voltage reference for the signal) through the body of the sensor and exhaust engine etc

4 wire ones are

1 - heater
2 - heater
3 - signal
4 - local indapendent ground (voltage reference for the signal)

this site gives some examples, http://www.cats-direct-shop.co.uk/lambda-wiring-advice.php

Thanks, so using the meter to find the signal and ground wires will tell me which others are heaters then, perhaps I can sort this #### hesitation out at last...
