16TB on my 13

It would be much advised to use a piggy-back ECU such as E-manage etc to get all the fuelling right, you can use the 1.3 ECU or the 1.6 ECU, neither of them will be working perfectly though.
 
it works very well. 1.6 tb/ecu and either fse pbv set to max pressure or 1.6 injectors and standard regulator.
bypassing a tb coolant is when things get messed up. so dont do that.
 
I really don't like this, made mine mis-fire badly at high revs, is a good mod with pbv or piggy-back
 
i would say that it is, gave me more noticable power than a full exhasut system with decat did. a remap would make it even better though.
you need a k11 without nats to be doing hassle free ecu swaps though.

my factory 1.0 with a factory 1.0 tb on did this when the tb failed. your 1.6 tb got a knackered air flow sensor maybe?
