1300cc transplant k11

I am thinking of swapping the 1000cc engine in my k11 to the 1300cc motor .I have found a low mileage motor and want to know what else i will need from the donor.Ie do I have to change the ecu and if so what will i have to get to keep the nats system correct.i presume the nats runs via the ecu,key and receiver.Also will i be able to use my k11 gearbox and clutch system or does this have to be from the 1300.Cheers for any help-Jon
