1.3 vs 1.4 K11

Hello all.

Apart from the obvious difference in engine size, is there really that much difference performance-wise etc between the 1.3 & 1.4 engine in the K11's?

The CVT Auto's gearbox on the later K11's also appears to have some sort of Sport button on it (my 1.3 CVT doesn't have that). Does this also add anything extra?

All I know is that the '1.4' is actually a 1.35, I had one .

The cg13 is 1275 cc and cga3 is actually 1348cc although called the 1.4 the cga3 auto has a stronger ribbed bottom end. Apart from that I'm not aware of much other significant differences.

Isn't the 1.4 engine block also slightly more heavier?

Can't remember, i'd think they'd be pretty toe to toe for performance.

About 7hp i think, although the K11 1.4 is heavier so performance is pretty much the same.
