Lambda sensor change

My K11 has just failed it emission test for MOT. :-(

Wisdom of several says it the oxygen sensor (lamba). Is it a difficult thing to change? Do I undo that giant nut that seems to hold it into the exhaust maniform?

Anyone know where I can get a new sensor from (that's a bit cheaper that the dealer's £102 one!)

Many thanks for any advice about this.

I cannot remember the site, but there is a place on-line, Davey C pointed me to it IIRC, about £30, not too hard to change, need a 22 spanner, but you may have to heat it up with a blowtorch as it will be in v. tight

Might be useful...

Recently had idling problems with the skyline and bought a 3-wire lambda sensor from here: http://www.cats-direct-shop.co.uk/lambda-sensors.php

Cured the problem and a very good price. I think my micra has the same 3-wire sensor (even has the same plug and bracket).
