If you remove the ABS fuse on your ABS model you risk a rear lockup under hard braking due to rear end lift. Non ABS models have a mechanical load sensing valve to prevent lockup when you have no rear passengers.

Remove the 4 pipes from the old valve after putting cling wrap under the master cylinder cap to prevent fluid draining out. Remove the nut and washer holding the link to the trailing arm. Remove the 2 bolts holding the valve to the body. Remove the valve. Install new valve in reverse order...

Twice 12mths apart the oil level on LWC has got down to the Low mark on the dipstick. Less than 500ml needed to being back up to Full. When the oil is low like this it makes a funny noise when starting the engine from hot. There is a noise like the oil pump is not able to fill the hydraulic...

LWC has started leaking brake fluid from the rear proportioning valve. Any second hand ones for sale? Also, sources for ball joints, front RHS has a split boot. Could replace the entire control arm if used ones were available. Any ideas?

LWC got rear ended this morning by a dude in an excel. LWC was a little shaken but unharmed (Yay!) for her 11 years. LWCs towbar and bike rack mount combo went over excel's bumper through the grill into radiator, lots of green stuff! The dude was so keen to get away, he had no licence on him...

Chart shows tire height above standard. NSW RTA allows +15mm taller than the tallest std tire or -15mm shorter than the smallest std tire. Tallest std tyre is 155/80 and smallest is 175/60 x 13". The excel chart is available if you want to put in a different size,etc. LWC
