Right, got a bit of a problem with coolent fluid. I'm Going through roughly two bottles a week, which surely aint right!
Have checked all the pipes, and they all seem secure enough!
Any ideas anyone?
No, sorry. You shouldn't have to add coolant more frequently than once every month. Sounds like a head gasket problem, if there really are no leaks elsewhere.
it can be yes its shows you have got water in the oil but it can also be there if you only do very short journeys this doesnt allow the engine to heat up enough not therefore not getting rid of the condensation inside the engine
Yeah, some mayo in the oil filler is pretty normal. Hellmann's finest in the expansion tank or radiator cap is almost always a sure sign of ruined head gasket. Steam coming out of the exhaust on warm days with a warmed up engine is also a bad thing.
Checked it when the engine was cold, and all clear. Will get new Jubilee clips for the raidator pipes, and then fill it up one last time. If its persists, i'll post up.
