if you dont have them pointing out over, you may stand more of a chance...as in ambient light, instead of the being able to actually see then.

thats what i mean like in the sides so its projecting the lite on the mesh, not pointing out full glare.

neons in my experiance are not illegal. Ive had a copper behind me follow me and not do anything. Ive had them at all angles and not been pulled. If youve got neons on just dont drive like a fookin idiot and your fine. Unless its a pig who is a tw@t.
