WTB - K11 or similar in/around the ACT

Hey everyone.

Looking for a cheap reliable car for my sister.
Doesn't matter what colour, or how many doors.

Needs to run and drive smoothly and have a reasonably straight body.

Preferably manual.

Looking $1500 ish
