ok guys why did you choose to drive micras iv read a lot of posts and you obviously love these cars old and new.

i think all 3 generations of micras are fine cars and i bought mine because

1 its a very reliable japanese car
2 its economical on fuel and other running costs
3 its stylish (my opinion)
4 not to expensive on parts and parts are easy to get (not that iv ever needed any the only thing that ever went wrong with my last micra was the windscreen wiper blade motor)

so why did you get yours and why did you stck with micras. answers on a post card pls lol:laugh:

I needed a car and i ended up with my K10. It's reliable, cheap to run so saw no reason to sell it. Then i realised it's potential & rarity so have decided to continue the mods

it's fun, small, & chuckable. all the micras i've ever owned made me smile when driving them.

First my Escort was stolen, then my Fiesta was stolen, then I found a Micra for £190, I must have spent double that doing it up lol.

It is more reliable, it accelerates as quick as the 1.6 Escort did and it has it's very own club

Got my first k10 becuase it cost £26....very cheap mods done....fall in love with it....

Got my second k10 cos first one had done 136000miles and needed a new clutch, currently being re-built....

Expensive mods under way...also some cheapy ones

Overall this club made me like my micra even more....didn't know so many people were crazy like me! lol

My first micra was my second car my first being a 999cc fiat uno. i wanted a sportier car, and wanted an alternative to the usual corsa`s and fiat punto`s and so on. And found out it was a really underated car, then i sold it and bought a 1.6 escort si what a mistake.

was £265, quickest k11 they ever made, cheap to insure and makes minced meat out of french cars in the same league. : )
