Whats your thoughts

After giving it plenty of though the micra really isn't big enough as a family car, I've spoke with the missus and she's happy for me to get another 3 door as long as its got more room than the micra.

I've narrowed it down to 2 cars

1.4 n14
Or
1.4/1.6 n15

I've had a n15 before and I quite like it apart from the engine (ga14 is gutless in the n15)

What would you guys go for?

Has to be a 1.4/1.6 to keep it wallet friendly, plus the missus drives my car as well and she hasn't driven a big engined car before
