Scrappies, eBay and they sometimes pop up in the for sale section on here.

If you want to spend a little more you can also get really nice Nismo copy ones on eBay, I think they're £89? But they look awesome imo

You can get these DTM style mirrors to fit on the micra, but i'd personally stick to the oem mirrors
