weird squeaky/skid sound

hi guys i have a 1.0 1996 micra. It sometimes make a sound during gear changes as you are letting the clutch go, 1st second and third gears. sometimes in 4rth. It's like squeaky skidding sound but the tyres aren't wheels spinning etc. what could it be? could be low oil in the gearbox affecting clutch? where and how long does it take to change the gearbox oil?


thanks guys i need to sort this out as its annoying me and i dunno if its me whos gotten used to the car but it feels well slow compared to when i first got it.

possible clutch slip, this could explain the loss of power??? or just the clutch release bearing and you've just got used to the power.

mine does the same and its the start of cluch slip but if like mine it doesnt slip while in gear (just when changing) you should be alright for a while yet
