Is it just me? My older T reg K11 with air con would not clear the windows as quickly as I expected and sometimes not at all. Using the air con cleared them, of course. I got used to it.
Now my newer Y reg without air con has exactly the same problem, except that I can't use the AC to sort it! The fresh air/recirculate flap is working properly. The air intakes under the windscreen are not blocked. The motors of both cars turn at about the same speeds.
Is it just a weak spot of the design (I know, no car is perfect), or is there a solution, please?
