W-reg celebration exhaust mid-pipe and Front door speakers.

Hi, I'm new here and I was wondering if some people could give me some advice? Firstly I will need to replace the mid pipe of my exhaust, I've got the pipe, I was wondering if you have to replace the cat. converter as well? My friend has had a look at it and it seems as though we do...

Also I am looking to replace the front door speakers, could anyone tell me some good speakers or what size speakers I need to get, without doing any modifications to the door card? I'm just looking for a quick fix to the problem as mine have just blown!
