Hi, im trying to change the handbrake cables on my K10 as i need them to be extra tight for autotesting tomorrow.
Trouble is the hanbrake cables i have got, they fit fine all the way to the drum where the fitting is different. The original one is held onto the back of the drum by 2 x 10mm headed bolts. The new handbrake cables dont have this, they just push into the drum and therefore dont fit properly. Why is this? i didnt know there would be 2 different types of fitment.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
