Hey do 175/70 13inch tyres fit the stock micra rims ok? I take it 175 is the width of the tyre and 70 is the hight?
most 13" tyres seem to range from 165/70, 165/75 and 175/70
the difference between a tyre hight of 70 v's 75 affect the speedo by much?

no they will be too big overall diameter not good for acceleration and also handling feedback would be really poor with a squidgey side wall.
if you fit 175 tyres on 13" you need 60 profile (standard fitment), or for more fun could go 50 profile. feedback would be good, but speedo will overread a couple %. but wouldnt worry about that.

FYI in Queensland it's not legal to have a tyre/wheel diameter more than 15mm larger than standard (155/70R13)... you might want to check the rules for WA
