Thinking about a 2,0 turbo conversion

Thinking of doing 2.0ltr turbo 4wd pulsar engine does any1 have any info on it cause im bored with 1.6. Haven't snapped second shaft YET.

The fun factor may go up, but the reliability, safety, and general comfort factors would all come down.

Up to you really, I nearly did the sr20de. sr20det will incurr quite large build and insurance costs due to the power to weight ratio.

But to be honest u can get a almera gti for 1.5-2.5k nowadays.

Again ur still lookin at over £800 - 1k to get one into the uk. Then u need the seperate ecu on top of that.

the SR20DET wwill NOT fit the micra engine bay without some serious modification... there is only JUST enough room for an SR20DE lump and thats pushing it...
stick with a GA16DE lump its easier and will fit easier in the micra engine bay - its also lighter so you wont get as much front end weight

Sr20DET will fit in a LHD motor quite nicely
