testing the UFO

hey fellas, the UFO looking thing that sits on the drivers side with the three coloured dots on the underside - is there any way to test this is working properly? applying vac to one side and checking the ports etc?

would like to eliminate that from my list of broken things

Thhey can be faulty symtoms are unstable s/c boost which you would on the boost gause and the torque curve on a dyno sheet.

I read somewhere you can blow them out with an airline but I just replaced bout 1year ago and its a different car alot more relaxed at low rev when s/c is boosting
