Swap stereo head unit on K12 2007

Hello.
I'm going to swap my Stereo 6CВ Changer unit to unit with bluetooth.
My unit has this style of connectors:

I think its ISO, but new unit has this:

I'm wondering if a harness exists to convert from ISO to Nissan?

he needs it the other way around to a standard iso adapter tho

only way todo it is to find a k12 (down the breakers) and chop the hu loom out of it and get a iso plug from maplins and make a lead up to suit as you wont get one off the shelf

one thing i am not sure about is the security and if the new hu's are "married" to the ecu

edit. you may be able to get a repair loom from autoleads if you cant find a K12 or another nissan with the new hu in

only other way todo it is fit a parrot kit to you current hu or go with a aftermarket hu
