sunroof problems

Well when i came to wind my sunroof back in it got to within an inch of shutting then stoped. it would still wind back, but it will shut. ive checked the runners, and there doesnt seem to be any problems. any suggestions?

could be out of alignment or could be the sun gear, dont try to do it yourself if you havent done one before imo they can be ****s to line up
