Struggling Micra

Hi all again,

my fuel pump problem has been solved with a replacement fitted by my mechanic. But now my car is playing up again. The thing is I would be driving then all of a sudden there is just a drop in power/acceleration, and then I would press down on the pedal and still no change in acceleration. After a few attempts the car gets going again. Come on guys help a brother out
I appreciate any help or advice given.
