1.4 K12 Automatic Struggling to set off

Has anyone seen this issue before, its really odd. 2008 1.4 K12 Automatic Struggling to set off. Car will randomly at a stop just drop revs a touch and then when you go to set off when you press the accelerator there is nothing it just revs up, on an incline it will even roll backwards, but will then suddenly bolt off with a jerk. Once its moving it seems ok? I am concerned that it may also be holding gears slightly too long (prob not) but at the moment just trying to see what this could be as there is no one in my area that can work on this gearbox. Rang two auto specialists and both said they dont work on these. I did change the Transmission fluid just to be sure there was not drag from sludge or poor oil but that's made it worse if anything.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Yeah unfortunately. Grearbox was gone, took it off to have a look and the transmission fluid had gone silver and main shaft would not spin anymore. Found a replacement gearbox which was lucky as it was the only one i could find in the whole of the UK. Be warned getting a box is not easy for these. Sorry pal.
