Spraying new wing

Hi folks, so I've got my spanking new wing all ready for painting, as well as two cans of Halfords Arctic White and a can of lacquer. I was planning to do this in a garage I have access to. My only worry is, with the temperatures we've got at the moment is it going to be too cold to get a good finish?

Any thoughts welcome guys.

I would say that its too damp and cold to spray without heating at this time of year, you're very likely to get a dull and 'orange peel' finish.
