common mod on the newer (zetec s shape) fiestas is flush boot, me mate at work, his son had one fitted that was a small black unit that had a linkage to the lock inside the boot. all the wires were part of the kit, so they all connected to a button, and all you needed to do was wire up the power/neg.....
