Smoothing bumper lines

So in an effort to customise and make my Micra unique, I am opting for the smoothed bumper look! All the small body lines in it and black inserts are absolutely absurd!
What type of body filler would I use to fill the small bumps and crevices?

Plastic bumpers so personally I'd get a big tin of U-Pol Easy Sand and use an orbital for most of the sanding.

If you have access to compressed air and an air orbital, it's the best thing ever. I always do my stuff like that in work where I have air sanders and blowers, makes life easier
