are these shocks performace ones or are they just gas replacement ones.

they are better than the standard shocks! They are a good upgrade IMO!

I've ordered them, should be here tomorrow. Its a great price, my local shop quoted me £215 for the front and rear. I have heard lots of good things about them aswell - they come as standard on cars such as Subaru.
