I have a friend who owns a modifying company. They are starting up a new service creating Stainless Steel engine replacement parts. I am just gauging as to how many people would be interested in such parts. The following parts can be made available and they are open to additions if they seem popular....

expansion tank cap cover
suspension turrets top covers
cam belt cover
sprak plug/coil pack cover
fuse box cover
battery top cover
battery clamp bar
washer bottle cap cover
Here is an example of the work and price:
Suspension strut top covers......from £18 (the price may vary slightly for the micra but you get the picture)
If you would be interested in any of the parts above or additional ones in s/s then can you please post your interest in here. If it gets a good response, they can have the parts available within the month
