Replacing door mirrors on K12 advice and stockists

I have managed to badly scratch my wing mirrors cleaning them and in bright sunlight it’s not the best view. Can anyone advise me if it’s a simple enough job to replace the glass only on the k12 and the best place to get hold of decent spec glass please?

Halfords don’t stock my model anymore (2008) and would prefer to have them properly attached over the stick on jobs.

I wanted a wide angle mirror of my Micra of mine, so I bought similar ones in the link.
They have survived here in the Land of the Finns for 3 years now.
Our temperature range is normally between -30C to +30C.
