Removing Manifold, How??

I'm having to put a new gasket onto the manifold of my car, So far Ive undone the bolts holding the manifold on, but its not shifting. When it was in getting the exhaust done, they used a sealent as a temp job for it. Whats next??

If you have done all the bolts on the manifold to head, then it is just the putty keepnig it on, a **gentle** tap should free it, best place to hit is where the frontpipe connects to the cat (best to undo this too) and get a friend to hold tha manifold so it don't fall.
Is this a standard or a Janspeed?

You can prob just wrench it off with a bit of twisting then,once you have separated it from the cat.

use a flat head screw drivers and slowly prise it off, using a hammer to gentally get a "grip"....
