removing back seats

right, i wanna remove the back seats, LESS WEIGHT, GO FASTER ETC(ON PRIVATE ROADS U MUST UNDERSTAND LOL) (sos bout caos lol) so do they just come out, and how about MOT? will it pass ok or does thing need doing to make it pass? cheers guys!

I have my rear seats removed and it hasn't failed an MOT yet because of it.

The seats are simply bolted in however if it's a 3door the front seat lip might be hard to unclip (wacked my head on the roof pulling at that! )

Last I knew was if you have rear seats you must have rear belts to pass MOT, taking out is no problem MOT wise.

i do think it effects the V5 document but so long as they can be installed again then it should be a problem....

mine was fine on mot with no rear interior/seat. if you have seats you must have belts for mot's.
