Remapping my k11 1.0

This question is aimed at Ed but any answers would be gratefully accepted. I have a k11 micra 1.0 with full NATS system. just curious as to how much work would be required to remap it, I understand it would require the fittment of a nistune daughterboard? roughly how much power would I gain from a remap alone, and how much would it cost? I doubt there would be much gains to be had on an N/a Cg10

I am now considering upgrading the car to a cg13 engine, as Ed told me that there was no way to remap the coilpack engines. If I am replacing a coilpack engine with a dizzy engine, Do I need the whole ecu and loom from the donor car?
